GENERAL
This section is Chloe Senzai's terms of service. Please read them all thoroughly. If the customer have any questions, feel free to contact me for confirmation. From this point onwards, Chloe Senzai will be referred to as the "artist", the customer will be referred to as the "client", and the commission output as the "artwork":- The artist reserves the right to refuse any commission.
- The client is not allowed to use the artwork for NFTs, nor be fed to any AI training.
- The artwork is not allowed to be used for any crime, illegal activities, nor promote any kind of agenda.
- The client should credit the artwork with "art by @chloesenzai" in the post description.
- The emotes themselves don't need to include "chloesenzai" in the file-name.MODE OF PAYMENT
Upfront payment required before the commission is started. Payments could be made through:- Wise
- Paypal Invoice
- Gcash
- Bank Transfer
- vgen / Ko-fiREVISIONSDEADLINES AND DELIVERABLES
One emote per day. Timer stars after all negotiables are arranged. If you need 15 emotes done, it will be completed within 15 days. You can avail for a rush fee (See add-ons fee in the details section) to reduce deadline to 3 days. In cases of emergency, I'll notify the client for additional time extension, and will refund the rush fee if rush fee was availed. If the emotes order exceeds 20pcs, Deadline will be extended to 1 week (with the rush fee).USE
All emotes are assumed to be for commercial use.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The character belongs to it's original IP holder. The art I've drawn is counted as a derivative. I reserve the right to use the commissions as samples and be included in my portfolio, unless the client availed for an NDA (incur an additional fee of 50$). Please use "art by @chloesenzai" in the credits with or without NDA.REFUNDS
All cancelled commissions that are not started are subject for refund within 90 days. No refund for all projects started.COMMUNICATION
Communication can be done through e-mail or discord chat. (Replies are faster in discord. The artist can be found in the vgen discord server)
